Q: Windows says your .msi file is unsafe and/or unrecognized - how do I download and open it?
A: Click the file, …, Keep, Show more, Keep anyway, click file again, More info, Run anyway
When you try to download the .msi file (here shown in Edge browser) you get something like this…
Click on the file, then “…” to the right, then Keep - now this opens…
Click Show more, then Keep anyway.
Now click the downloaded file again, and you’ll get this beauty:
Click More info, Run anyway and the installer should finally open:
