Voice

Inhumate Voice is a radio/landline communication systems simulation tool.

It utilizes the open-source voice chat application Mumble, extended with the open-source radio simulation plugin fgcom-mumble, adding a highly configurable web-based user interface, and RTI integration.

Voice requires a license before you can download and install it. Contact us if you need one.

Installing

Server

1. Download and setup Mumble server (see the mumble documentation).
2. Create a channel called fgcom-mumble on your Mumble server.
3. Download and install the Voice statusbot.
4. Verify that user Voice-Statusbot connects to the Mumble server in the fgcom-mumble channel.

Client

1. Download and setup Mumble client (see the mumble documentation) and verify that you can connect to your Mumble server.
2. Download the fgcom-mumble plugin, install and enable it in your Mumble client.
3. Download and install the Voice client.

Once installed, the Voice client web interface can be accessed by visiting localhost:16671 with your web browser.
